Important Notes:
1: Device must support ?DisplayPort Alternate Mode? (DP Alt Mode) via USB-C, not compatible with devices which do not support the protocol of DP Alt Mode.
2: The cable does not allow USB-C smartphones or tablets to connect to HDMI Displays.
3: If you would like to connect adapter from laptop to your external monitors, an individually HDMI or DP cable is needed, but not inclueded. HDMI cable must comply with the standard of HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort cable must comply with the standard of DP1.2.
4: If you would like to display 4k video or pictures through HDMI and DisplayPort, please make sure you have 4K source, 4k video and 4k cable. Before use, please make the resolution of your device will meet the requirements.
5: When you insert your usb-c male to your computer, please make sure it will be inserted tightly and to the end of usb-c female port in your computer.
